Due to the custom nature of all our work, we require a 50% deposit with the Sales Order before any work is to begin. The balance (if any) will be due upon delivery of products and services.
The initial deposit is non-refundable once production has been started.
There will be a 25% charge for projects that are cancelled after production has begun in addition to any charges already incurred until the cancellation date.
We accept check, money orders, cash and PayPal payments.
There will be a service charge of 15% per month added to all invoices that go beyond 30 days from order date. Overdue accounts may also be subject to credit reporting.
Clients who have overdue balances will be required to pay 100% down on any new orders as well as paying all previous orders in full.
Custom art work provided by Soul Surfer Screen Printing is normally billed at a flat rate of $20.00. This rate includes 3 initial designs and two revisions of the initial designs. Each revision thereafter will be billed at $20.00 each. Conversion of raster images such as .jpegs, .bmp, .png, .gif, .psd will result in the $25.00 art fee. Photoshop (PSD) files are not vectored and will be assessed a $25 fee to convert/re-create to a usable vectored format.
All custom artwork created is the property of Soul Surfer Screen Printing.
If client is providing artwork, it must be in a vector format in solid spot colors. If 4-color process printing is required, the required artwork format is CMYK at 300 dpi or higher. If artwork is not in the required format, art charges may occur. All text used must be converted to outlines or paths.
If client art is provided, client must also supply Soul Surfer Screen Printing with all original art files in the programs they were created so changes can be made by Soul Surfer Screen Printing if necessary.
Soul Surfer Screen Printing cannot be held responsible for artwork that has been approved by the client.
All projects will be allowed corrections for artwork at the sole discretion of Soul Surfer Screen Printing.
Art and project corrections cannot include work outside of the scope of the original estimate.
While every effort is made to reproduce an imprint just as the artwork, variations in ink and printing processes make it impossible for us to guarantee exact color representation and consistency.
All clients must provide proof of ownership before copyrighted materials will be printed. Soul Surfer Screen Printing will not be responsible for (and reserves the right to collect) legal fees incurred due to copyright infringement.
Production times on average range from 7-14 business days depending on the season. Production begins when Soul Surfer Screen Printing receives a confirmation that artwork is approved (Can be done via fax or email) and deposit (if any) is received.
Estimates/Sales Order prices are only good for 30 days from the date listed on the estimate/sales order for the items and services listed.
Rush Production (orders manufactured in less time than normal) when available, will incur a service charge of 15% of the sales order value. All rush charges are dependent upon the product.
Unless specifically stated, imprint size and position is at the discretion of Soul Surfer Screen Printing.
Payment of a deposit and/or signature of an estimate/sales order constitutes that you agree to the terms and conditions listed herein.
Business days are Tuesd4y through Friday (9:oo am – 5:oo pm), excluding observed holidays.
These terms and conditions may be updated at the sole discretion of Soul Surfer Screen Printing without any prior notification.
While Soul Surfer Screen Printing will do everything in its power to deliver an order on time, Soul Surfer Screen Printing will not be held responsible for acts beyond our control that delay production or shipping of your products.
There are absolutely no returns on custom printed products.
If products require shipping, they will be shipped via Priority US mail service or second day UPS.
